• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records, including daily transaction entries&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
• Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
• Monitor customer payments and follow up on outstanding balances in a timely manner&nbsp;
• Process supplier invoices and assist in preparing payment schedules&nbsp;&nbsp;
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash book records&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
• Assist in month-end closing activities and preparation of basic financial reports&nbsp;&nbsp;
• Ensure proper filing and organization of accounting documents and supporting records&nbsp;&nbsp;
• Support SST reporting, audit schedules, and tax-related documentation&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, auditors, tax agents, and internal stakeholders as required&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
• Provide general accounting and administrative support as assigned by management&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
