We’re looking for a Software Developer Intern who is passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to exciting projects that impact parents and children across Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

As a Software Developer Intern, you will:

• Assist in the development, testing, and deployment of new features for the GogoKids platform. 
• Support the tech team in maintaining and improving existing systems for better performance and scalability.
• Work with APIs and third-party integrations to enhance platform functionality. 
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues under the guidance of senior developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, marketing) to deliver solutions that improve user experience.
• Document code, processes, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Must-have skills:

• Exposure to at least one of the following stacks (through coursework, personal projects, or internships): PHP Laravel, Angular/React/Vue, React Native/Flutter, iOS Swift, or Android Java/Kotlin.
• Basic proficiency with fundamental front-end languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and analytical thinking.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
   

Bonus points if you:

• Have built personal projects or contributed to open-source projects.
• Are curious about scaling web applications or user experience optimization.
• Show eagerness to learn and stay updated with emerging tech trends (e.g., AI tools).
