Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth running of the outlet’s daily operations
  • Meet sales and cost budget set for the outlet
  • Ensure SOP and Shop Rules are followed at all times, including policies for Food Safety and Sanitation process
  • Manage inventory and stock orders properly to control cost
  • Lead, coach and manage a team of crew members, and grow them into a strong team
  • Execute marketing campaigns as per management directions to achieve sales target
  • Manage customer feedback in a professional manner
  • Pro-actively provide feedback/ideas to Operations Leaders and Management for continuous improvement in outlet operations

Job Requirements

Requirements:
At least two (2) years working experience in any hospitality or F&B

  • Experienced in managing inventory and operating POS system
  • Age: 26 years and above.
  • Physically fit
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities and the ability to lead a team
  • Pro-active and resourceful in problem-solving
  • Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
  • Flexible with work arrangement and willing to relocate
  • Communicate well in Bahasa Melayu and English
