Job Description

• Assist in internal audits by reviewing departmental documents and records.
• Verify piece-rate calculations and check sales campaign phone points.
• Conduct IT-related tasks such as requesting hardware/software quotations and verifying prices.
• Liaise with IT personnel for installation, maintenance, and repair of computer hardware/software.
• Prepare and submit purchase requests; liaise with suppliers for loan printers or other equipment.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in audit checks across departments.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or higher preferred.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin preferred).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of auditing, with relevant working experience, is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
