We are seeking a dedicated Internal Audit Assistant to support our audit and compliance functions across departments — ensuring transparency, operational efficiency, and adherence to company standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in internal audits by reviewing departmental documents and records.
• Verify piece-rate calculations and sales campaign phone points.
• Handle IT-related tasks such as basic support, obtaining quotations, and verifying prices.
• Liaise with IT personnel on installation, maintenance, and repair of hardware/software.
• Prepare and process purchase requests; coordinate with suppliers for equipment loans.
• Support accuracy, compliance, and data validation in all audit checks.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties or assignments as directed by the Head of Department

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or higher preferred.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin preferred).
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of auditing or administration is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Meticulous, responsible, and able to maintain confidentiality.
