We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Driver & Warehouse Associate to support our operations by transporting food and supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized warehouse. This role is crucial in ensuring timely food distribution to those in need while upholding hygiene and safety standards.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Driving & Delivery

• Safely operate a van and truck to pick up and deliver food and supplies.
• Load and unload goods efficiently, ensuring items are handled with care.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and receipts.
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving.

Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments.
• Maintain an accurate inventory system, track stock levels, and update records.
• Organize warehouse layout for efficient stocking and retrieval of goods.
• Ensure proper rotation of supplies to minimize waste and expiration.
• Conduct regular stock checks and audits to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Keep the warehouse, storage areas, and vehicle clean and well-organized.
• Dispose of expired or damaged items following proper procedures.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to drive both a van and a truck.
• Experience in driving and warehouse operations is preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic record-keeping and inventory management skills.

Working Conditions:

• Requires lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Work may include early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
• Exposure to varying temperatures in storage areas and during deliveries.
