- Processing orders, and preparing documents for customers and suppliers [DO, PACKING LIST, GR, RGF]
- Control and manage inventory (eg; stock movement (in-out), missing stock tracking)
- Receive, stock in new products, and restock
- Follow up on product issues, quality issues, and delivery issues
- Communicate efficiently with related departments to ensure smooth delivery
- Proper filing and office supplies

- Good in critical thinking and problem-solving
- Can work under minimum supervision
- Able to prioritize and complete tasks within the given dateline
- Has a positive attitude and is looking for a good career advancement
- Open to work discussion and new ideas to ensure efficiency
- Good in Google Sheets/Docs [from simple to advanced formulas]
- Experience in inventory management is a plus
- Sound knowledge in maths
