<p>As a Junior Business Analyst, you will join our dynamic technology team. This team is driven by innovation and a relentless pursuit of pushing the boundaries of system and application. They engage in extensive research, rigorous review, iterative processes, and the creation of meaningful interactions between our clients' products/projects and their intended users. The technology team comprises a Tech Director, Lead Developers, and Developers specializing in website, mobile application, backend and infrastructure functionalities.</p>

<p>As a Junior Business Analyst, you will assist in gathering requirements, documenting processes, supporting testing activities, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders and the development team. This is an entry-level role suitable for candidates early in their BA career.</p>

<li>Assist in gathering and documenting requirement specifications.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Help prepare data mappings, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support development of test cases and ensure outputs align with requirements.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Translate basic technical information into clear documentation.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Business Analysis </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Assist in creating simple use cases and user stories.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Participate in task tracking within the software development life cycle (SDLC).&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support analysis of system flows, data usage, and process gaps.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Contribute to backlog updates and project artefacts.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Team Collaboration </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with project managers, designers, developers, and stakeholders.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.&nbsp;</li>
