The Team 

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will join our dynamic technology team. This team is driven by innovation and a relentless pursuit of pushing the boundaries of system and application. They engage in extensive research, rigorous review, iterative processes, and the creation of meaningful interactions between our clients' products/projects and their intended users. The technology team comprises a Tech Director, Lead Developers, and Developers specializing in website, mobile application, backend and infrastructure functionalities.

The Role

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will assist in gathering requirements, documenting processes, supporting testing activities, and ensuring smooth communication between stakeholders and the development team. This is an entry-level role suitable for candidates early in their BA career.

Job Description and Responsibilities

Business Support & Documentation 

• Assist in gathering and documenting requirement specifications. 
• Help prepare data mappings, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers. 
• Support development of test cases and ensure outputs align with requirements. 
• Translate basic technical information into clear documentation.

Business Analysis

• Assist in creating simple use cases and user stories. 
• Participate in task tracking within the software development life cycle (SDLC). 
• Support analysis of system flows, data usage, and process gaps. 
• Contribute to backlog updates and project artefacts.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with project managers, designers, developers, and stakeholders. 
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. 
• Participate in team discussions and solutioning sessions (learning-focused).
  

Job Requirements

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, good communication, and willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of software development concepts.
• Comfortable with documentation, diagrams, and structured workflows.
• Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to clearly articulate critical information

Good to Have 

• Exposure to UX/UI concepts.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.
• Interest or basic exposure to CMS/eDM tools such as Sitecore, SendGrid, etc.
• Basic understanding of databases or analytics tools.
• Relevant certification (optional).
