About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Producer to oversee video and photo shoots for our digital marketing projects. This role involves managing end-to-end production from planning and pre-production, to coordinating crews, to ensuring smooth execution on shoot day, and finally supporting post-production delivery. You will work closely with the creative and strategy teams to bring ideas to life and ensure all deliverables meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Production

• Work with the creative team (designers & copywriters) to understand project objectives, concepts, and deliverables.
• Develop production timelines, shot lists, call sheets, and logistics plans.
• Source and coordinate locations, talents, props, wardrobe, and equipment as required.
• Manage budgets for shoots, ensuring alignment with cost approvals.
• Coordinate with internal and external vendors (photographers, videographers, studios, freelancers, etc.).

Production (Shoot Day)

• Oversee the entire shoot process to ensure smooth flow and timely execution.
• Manage on-site logistics and troubleshoot issues in real time.
• Ensure all creative requirements, shots, and deliverables are captured according to brief.
• Maintain clear communication between crew, talent, and internal teams.

Post-Production

• Coordinate with designers to ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality expectations.
• Review drafts, ensure alignment with the brief, and facilitate feedback loops between internal teams and clients.
• Track deliverables, organise assets, and manage file handovers.

Project Coordination

• Maintain production schedules and ensure timely execution across multiple projects.
• Provide status updates to internal teams and account managers.
• Ensure all assets follow brand guidelines and creative direction.

Job Requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Hungry to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to project manage your time
• Proficiency in G-Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs)
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience coordinating or assisting in video/photo shoots (agency or production experience is a bonus).
• Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot during shoots.
• Familiarity with basic production processes, equipment, lighting, or creative workflows is an advantage.
• A personality that rocks hard (but is still serious at work)
• Own a laptop and be able to start almost immediately
