Responsibilities: <ol><li>To prepare monthly management accounts &amp; reports including variance analysis reports with commentaries</li><li>Involve in financial analysis, budgeting and cash flow projection including working capital requirements.</li><li>Maintain proper records for all Debtor’s and Creditor’s invoices and attest all suppliers’ invoices.</li><li>To prepare and analyze Debtors’ and Creditors’ Aging Reports.</li><li>Responsible for petty cash transactions and recordings.</li><li>Handle daily banking transactions of receipts and payments and the relevant recordings.</li><li>Maintain updated monthly Stock Reports.</li><li>Follow up with customers on the collection of sales proceeds.</li><li>To prepare &amp; submit SST returns and liaise with Customs in relation to SST queries/audits.</li><li>Liaise with banks on all banking transactions and facilities.</li><li>Liaise with External Auditors and prepare audited financial statements.&nbsp;</li><li>Liaise with the Tax Agent on tax computations and tax filing.</li><li>Inform the superior or Head of Department immediately if inconsistency and / or fraud are discovered.&nbsp;</li><li>To perform/carry out any other/ ad-hoc tasks/reports as assigned from time to time.</li></ol>
