Job Description

We are looking for Service Crew members to join the Grumpy Bagels team. This role is responsible for providing friendly and efficient service to customers, taking orders accurately, serving food and drinks, handling basic cashier duties, and maintaining cleanliness in the café. Service Crew play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for every customer while supporting smooth daily operations during peak hours.
