Job Description
Tasks & responsibilities
- Schedule live stream hosts according to their availability, rescheduling as needed.
- Support and oversee the live stream production according to campaign requirements, planning, including live step-up, equipment, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with live stream hosts to track, monitor, and analyze livestream performance using insights and analytics.
- Stays on-site throughout the Live Streaming to provide support to the Live Host.
- Strong understanding of live-streaming platforms, particularly TikTok and Shopee Live.
- Able to work independently.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & experience
- Experience in e-commerce, affiliate, TikTok seller center, Shopee Elite, Livestream experience, or a similar role is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to multitask, detail-minded, self-motivated and responsible person
- Able to communicate effectively in English & Malay.
- Must be able to work on a shift schedule, weekends, and public holidays.
- 6 days working day with flexible off day arrangement.
