Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and fast-thinking Video Editor to support a team of Singapore-based financial advisors in building digital presence and content influence. You’ll create scroll-stopping short-form videos for platforms like IG Reels, TikTok & YouTube Shorts, while also editing long-form content such as interviews, podcasts, and YouTube videos with polished storytelling and flow. If you love turning raw footage into engaging, high-retention content — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

•  Edit short-form videos (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) with strong hooks, captions, pacing & sound design
•  Edit long-form videos (interviews, podcasts, YouTube) with clear narrative and smooth transitions
•  Add motion graphics, text animation & visual effects to boost viewer engagement
•  Work closely with the marketing team to align edits with content strategy & brand tone
•  Organize project files and maintain efficient workflow
•  Stay updated on content trends & platform best practices

Job Requirements

•  Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve (CapCut acceptable with strong proficiency)
•  Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, rhythm & sound design
•  Detail-oriented with ability to meet deadlines independently
•  Familiar with social media trends and viral video formats
•  Portfolio showcasing both short-form and long-form editing
  
  Bonus Skills
• Adobe After Effects for animation & motion graphics
• Basic color grading & sound mixing
• Understanding of YouTube SEO & viewer retention strategies
