Job Description

• Assist leader with daily business operations.
• Assist with the demonstration and sale of merchandise to customers, including such duties as operating a register, selling on the sales floor, and maintaining store stock.
• Daily stock takes/reconciling discrepancies and assisting with inventory management.
• Maintain detailed records concerning defective goods, return goods to vendors, and provide follow-up to obtain replacement or credit.
• Ensure good housekeeping is maintained throughout all areas in the showroom.
• Handle for customer complaints.
• Provide back-up support to retail operations as assigned.
• Assist with special promotions and displays as assigned.
• Perform any other ad- hoc assignment as and when required.

Job Requirements

• Min 1 -2 years of related working experience in the related field.
• Minimum Secondary/STPM/'A Level/Pre-U.
• Having experience managing retail operations is an advantage.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented and proactive.
• A basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices will be valuable.
• A friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to follow the retail operating hour and work on weekends and public holidays if required.
• Required language(s): English and Malay.
• Fast learner.
• Willing to take on new challenge and task.
• Vacant(s) for full time and part time.
• Willing to work in retail outlet at The Starhill Gallery.
