OVERVIEW:

• Ensure that the upkeep of scrubber treatment system and wastewater treatment system at optimum running condition.
• Ensure wastewater and scrubber discharge parameters meeting the requirements at all times.
• Practice the HARTALEGA Way, which encompasses SHIELD values, ESG, 5S and Operations Excellence.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure all the parameters for scrubber plant operation is within the standard range.
• Ensure the mechanical parts and equipment’s in well-maintained conditions.
• Monitor the Scrubber plants process and operation.
• Carry out breakdown, preventive and improvement jobs related to mechanical and electrical scope.
• Ensure the plant 5S maintenance is in good condition.
• Carry out project works given by the plant engineer.
• To troubleshooting machine issues and carry out repair and modification if necessary.
• Ready for on-call duty after working hours.
• Willing to work on shift.
• To ensure downtime are minimal by performing the job efficiently.
• Always feedback to superior regarding any outstanding issues / items.
• To improve Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).
• To ensure works / jobs done with high efficiency and quality.
• To always encourage department teamwork.
• To liaise with other departments / plants for any activities related to multiple department involvement.
• To ensure KPI's targets are achieved.
• To ensure and practice self-safety of all works performed.
• To ensure all documents are done and kept properly in compliance with ISO and to keep track of all records (checklists, commissioning reports, and etc.).
• Always adhere to company rules, policy and regulations.
• To perform annual maintenance execution work and complete on time.
• To take care of all tooling and properties given to them.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certificate or Diploma in Engineering.
• CePIETSo certificates will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduate or preferably 1 year working experience in manufacturing/similar industry
• Familiar with pump and motor maintenance.
• Electrical wiring knowledge
• Sensor wiring knowledge
• Mechanical and electrical maintenance and repair knowledge
• Basic fabrication skill
