Responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and order. Lead the team to achieve company standards and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily operations and staff performance.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints promptly
• Oversee product display, stock arrangement, and cleanliness of the area.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare daily reports and assist in scheduling shifts.
• Enforce company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.

Job Requirements

• More than 1 years of experience as floor supervisor
• Experiences in retail, restaurant, or service industry is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
