Job Description
- Responsible for processing Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) & General Ledger (GL).
- Provide data input and recording into the Accounting System.
- Assist to prepare for month-end closing of Accounts.
- Assist in cash flow management.
- Liaise with internal and external parties on matters relating to AP & AR.
- Ensure proper filling and documentation for Audit & Tax purposes.
- Any other related matters as assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
- At least 3-4year(s) of working experience in the related filed is required for this position.
- Language proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude, pro-active approach, possess strong leadership quality and a team player who is able to work with minimum supervision and highly committed.
- Willing to learn, constructive, ability to problem solve and ‘make things happen’.
- Preferably those who are hands-on and have knowledge in FMCG, especially from personal care/beauty
