<div><strong>About Hengyuan Refining Company Berhad<br></strong><br></div><div>Hengyuan Refining Company Berhad (formerly known as Shell Refining Company (Federation of Malaya) Berhad) (HRC) was incorporated in 1960. HRC was listed on the Main Board of the then Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (now known as the Main Market of Bursa Securities) in 1962.</div><div><br>HRC's refining operations began in 1963 with a single crude distiller operating at a capacity of 20,000 barrels per day Today we are able to produce up to 120,000 barrels per day following several key debottlenecking and growth investments, making us the third largest refinery in Malaysia. Operating in Port Dickson, HRC boasts a team of 500 employees comprising our own and direct contract staff excluding contractors and suppliers.<br><br></div><div>In 2016, our Company underwent a transition of our major shareholder after a structured review exercise to now move into a new era and a new phase of growth. The majority shareholder of HRC is Malaysia Hengyuan International Limited (MHIL) as at 22 December 2016 with an equity stake of 51.02 percent in HRC. MHIL is wholly-owned by Heng Yuan Holdings Limited, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong Hengyuan Petrochemical Company Limited (SHPC). The ultimate controlling shareholder of SHPC is Shandong Hengyuan Petrochemical Group Company Limited.</div>

<p>Responsible as a single point accountability for the successful execution of defined contracts and procurement services scope associated with one or more of HRC’s operations and/or projects.</p>

<li>Accountable for procurement of direct and indirect services required for the        successful completion of the assigned department or project;</li>
<li>Support Contract Administrator in preparing of the Project Procurement Plan;</li>
<li>Participate in pre-bid and bid clarification/award meetings;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Facilitate approval of purchase/award recommendations and requisitions;</li>
<li>Ensure compliance to procurement process;</li>
<li>Ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business operations</li>

<li>Support  Governance &amp; Liaison Officer by ensuring Material section follows        through all required templates and process via internal audit of        services team</li>
<li>Lead Review of Terms &amp; Condition of Material Contract.</li>
<li>Manage Business Process Outsourcing Vendor to manage tail end contract and manual PO’s.</li>
<li>Onboard of new staff into HRC systems, policies, processes and procedure.</li>
<li>This role   when advice will be required to step in as acting Contracts &amp; Procurement Manager.</li>
<li>Mentor and coach the Assistant Buyer   to enhance their career and professional development</li>
