Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented intern to manage our official Xiaohongshu (XHS) business account. This role involves creating engaging content, including posts related to recruitment, job openings, and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate the company’s XHS business account.
• Plan, create, and publish high-quality content (copy, images, short videos).
• Produce hiring-related content such as job highlights, company hiring posts, and job search tips (info will be provided).
• Ensure all content follows XHS community guidelines and platform rules.
• Monitor performance analytics and suggest improvements.
• Conduct competitor and trend research on XHS.
• Support general social media and content tasks when needed.
  
  

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Experience managing an XHS account (personal or brand) is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of XHS algorithms, posting rules, and compliance.
• Strong writing/storytelling skills; creativity and attention to detail.
• Basic photo/video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Meitu, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with other social media platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube).
• Interest in recruitment or employer branding.
  
  Best case scenario: you are able to share some portfolio or freelance experience in managing XHS business account before.
