Job Description

• Conceptualization: Collaborate with the Creative & Strategy team and clients to develop creative concepts and ideas for projects, retainers or campaigns.
• Visual Direction: Provide artistic direction and guidance to ensure that the visual elements, including design, photography, and illustration, meet the project's goals and brand guidelines.
• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of designers, assigning tasks and ensuring that work is completed on time with the KPI's met.
• Creative Strategy: Develop and communicate the overall creative strategy for a project, ensuring that it aligns with the client's objectives and brand identity.
• Artistic Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging creative techniques, and encourage continuous skill development within the creative team.
• Storyboarding and Layout: Create storyboards, mood boards, and layouts to visually represent ideas and concepts to clients and team members.
• Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, present creative concepts, and incorporate feedback into the design and creative process.
• Quality Control: Review and approve all visual elements within the team to ensure they meet the highest quality standards and are consistent with the creative vision.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate with other departments/teams, to ensure the successful execution of projects.
• Presentation Skills: Present creative concepts and ideas to clients and stakeholders, both verbally and visually.

Job Requirements

• Education: A bachelor's degree in either graphic design, fine arts, or advertising is required. A master's degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in a senior designer or 1 to 2 years experience as a junior art director. Creativity: Strong creative and artistic abilities, with a keen eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and knowledge of industry-standard design. Animation is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey creative ideas and concepts effectively to clients and team members.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills to lead and inspire creative teams.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and meet the KPI
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing creative requirements and client feedback.
