<li>Conceptualization: Collaborate with the Creative &amp; Strategy team and clients to develop creative concepts and ideas for projects, retainers or campaigns.</li>
<li>Visual Direction: Provide artistic direction and guidance to ensure that the visual elements, including design, photography, and illustration, meet the project's goals and brand guidelines.</li>
<li>Team Management: Lead and manage a team of designers, assigning tasks and ensuring that work is completed on time with the KPI's met.</li>
<li>Creative Strategy: Develop and communicate the overall creative strategy for a project, ensuring that it aligns with the client's objectives and brand identity.</li>
<li>Artistic Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging creative techniques, and encourage continuous skill development within the creative team.</li>
<li>Storyboarding and Layout: Create storyboards, mood boards, and layouts to visually represent ideas and concepts to clients and team members.</li>
<li>Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, present creative concepts, and incorporate feedback into the design and creative process.</li>
<li>Quality Control: Review and approve all visual elements within the team to ensure they meet the highest quality standards and are consistent with the creative vision.</li>
<li>Project Coordination: Coordinate with other departments/teams, to ensure the successful execution of projects.</li>
<li>Presentation Skills: Present creative concepts and ideas to clients and stakeholders, both verbally and visually.</li>
