About Our Culture

Role Overview:
This is a 6-month contract creative role that combines strategic design with hands-on production to develop compelling visual content across digital and print media. The designer is responsible for translating brand ideas into visually striking assets, maintaining consistent brand guidelines, and managing projects from initial concept to final delivery. Collaboration with marketing, merchandising, and other internal teams is essential to align creative work with overall business goals&nbsp;
Key Responsibilities:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Creative Concepting : Translate ideas and messages into visual concepts.</li>
<li>Creative Production: Develop compelling graphics, illustrations, logos, and layouts for various platforms, including websites, social media, advertisements, and Electronic Direct Mail (EDM). &nbsp;</li>
<li>Brand Management: Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all creative materials.</li>
<li>Software Proficiency: Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.</li>
<li>Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams (marketing,merchandising) to align on project goals/requirements and gather feedback.</li>
<li>Project Management: Oversee design projects from concept through to completion, managing timelines and deliverables.</li>
