Job Description

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of full-stack applications that align with the architectural and engineering standards.
• Build modern, interactive front-end interfaces using React or Angular, focusing on usability, responsiveness, and performance.
• Develop robust, scalable back-end systems using C# .NET, including RESTful APIs, microservices, and enterprise-grade services.
• Guide cloud-native application development and deployment on Azure and/or AWS, optimizing for performance, security, and scalability.
• Mentor and support a team of engineers by promoting best practices in code quality, testing, DevOps, and agile delivery.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into working software — especially in the context of agentic AI systems.
• Contribute to workflow orchestration and distributed system design, enhancing system resilience and fault tolerance.
• Champion DevOps culture by maintaining CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and containerization workflows (Docker, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Continuously explore new technologies and methods to improve development efficiency and support company’s innovation goals.

Job Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on full-stack development using React/Angular and C# .NET.
• Proven expertise in building scalable web applications, from responsive front-end UIs to secure, high-performance back-end services.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS), including deployment and management of full-stack applications.
• Experience leading technical projects or mentoring developers in a team setting.
• Advanced proficiency in React (e.g., hooks, state management, component design) for building modern, interactive front-end interfaces.
• Deep expertise in C# .NET (e.g., .NET Core, ASP.NET, Entity Framework) for developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and back-end logic.
• Understanding of workflow orchestration, including designing reliable, stateful processes in distributed systems would be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with databases (e.g., SQL Server, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL) and messaging systems (e.g., Service Bus, RabbitMQ).
• Knowledge of modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization (e.g., Docker).
