<p>We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead (Laravel &amp; Angular) to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-level web applications. In this role, you will translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, guide a team of developers, and ensure the successful execution of projects using modern frameworks and best practices.</p>

<li>Lead end-to-end development of web applications using Laravel (PHP) and Angular (TypeScript) frameworks.</li>
<li>Conduct detailed technical analysis based on business requirements, making informed design and architecture decisions.</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, architecture diagrams, and project reports.</li>
<li>Define project requirements, plan workloads, and oversee task delegation to meet sprint, daily, weekly, and monthly goals.</li>
<li>Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide technical recommendations, and present project progress.</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with management and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at high quality.</li>
<li>Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering skill growth and adherence to best practices.</li>
<li>Implement and maintain coding standards, version control processes, and CI/CD pipelines.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot, optimize, and scale existing Laravel/Angular applications to improve performance and maintainability.</li>
<li>Stay up to date with emerging technologies and frameworks, and encourage continuous learning within the team.</li>
