Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead (Laravel & Angular) to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-level web applications. In this role, you will translate business requirements into robust technical solutions, guide a team of developers, and ensure the successful execution of projects using modern frameworks and best practices.

• Lead end-to-end development of web applications using Laravel (PHP) and Angular (TypeScript) frameworks.
• Conduct detailed technical analysis based on business requirements, making informed design and architecture decisions.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, architecture diagrams, and project reports.
• Define project requirements, plan workloads, and oversee task delegation to meet sprint, daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, provide technical recommendations, and present project progress.
• Collaborate closely with management and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at high quality.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering skill growth and adherence to best practices.
• Implement and maintain coding standards, version control processes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and scale existing Laravel/Angular applications to improve performance and maintainability.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and frameworks, and encourage continuous learning within the team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience, including 3+ years leading technical teams.
• Strong expertise in Laravel (PHP), Angular, MySQL, and RESTful API development.
• Experience in collaborating directly with clients to gather requirements, provide technical recommendations, and present project progress.
• Experience integrating backend services and frontend frameworks in scalable, modular architectures.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern frontend design principles.
• Familiarity with Git, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps practices (e.g., CI/CD, Docker).
• Proven ability to manage timelines, delegate tasks, and deliver complex solutions under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail and quality.
