Job Description
- Analyze the inner workings of an ERP system, conduct training, and support ongoing upgrades.
- Create and maintain documentation and process flows, while troubleshooting and solving system issues.
- Generate new reports, formulas, functions, and reports as needed.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and troubleshoot issues.
- Develop and maintain end user training materials.
Job Requirements
- Possesses Diploma / Degree of IT, Software
- Minimum 3 years of working experience.
- Proven experience in consulting, implementation, and support of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application such as SAP, Epicor, etc.
- Knowledge of general business software, and aptitude to learn new applications.
- Ability to articulate complex processes.
