<ul><p>Our client is looking for an ERP Consultant who can help their clients to choose and implement the right enterprise resource planning system for their business. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with ERP systems and be able to guide them through the selection and implementation process.</p>

<p>Duties:</p>
<p></p>
<ul>
<li>Perform ERP project implementation activites including the business requirement study, business &amp; process review, solution specification &amp; modeling, gap analysis, solution simulation &amp; testing, data migration, UAT &amp; etc.</li>
<li>Provide training, support, and troubleshooting for enterprise resource planning programs</li>
<li>Assist in ERP system implementations and upgrades</li>
<li>Set up and maintain system documentation</li>
<li>Assist in program customization and configuration</li>
<li>Perform software upgrades</li>
<li>Review and perform system maintenance and testing</li>
<li>Review and analyze data reporting</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and resolve system problems</li>
<li>Provide user support, research and resolve system failures as needed</li>

<p>Responsibilities:</p>

<li>Analyze the inner workings of an ERP system, conduct training, and support ongoing upgrades</li>
<li>Create and maintain documentation and process flows, while troubleshooting and solving system issues</li>
<li>Generate new reports, formulas, functions, and reports as needed</li>
<li>Conduct user acceptance testing and troubleshoot issues</li>
<li>Develop and maintain end user training materials</li>
