Responsibilities:

<li>To provide support services to the client in Microsoft Dynamics Product</li>
<li>To provide support to consultant in helping them to perform task in relates to the project, such as report and document building, systems setup, data migration and etc.</li>
<li>To provide support to presales in helping them to develop and demo template.</li>
<li>To be certified in the product (by module) as and when required by Manager</li>
<li>To perform any other duties that may arise.</li>
</ul>
