Job Description

•  Understand software development & behavior in addition to mastering the company's solutions framework, to accurately estimate task complexities & implementations.
  
•  Communicate with inter/ intra teams while managing deliverables with timeline constraints.
  
•  Interact, negotiate & consult with client to achieve win-win outcome in project deliveries.
  
•  Prioritise & mobilise the project team for full and rapid resolution of UAT defects.
  
•  Act as Resolution & Prioritisation manager to report on defects status and analysis, retest resolved bugs and defects.
  
•  Identify and defend scope creep for smaller solutions within the system.
  
•  Track production issues, change requests and enhancements and prioritise accordingly.

Job Requirements

•  Has minimum 3-5 years working experience as a Business Analyst/ Functional Consultant/
  Solution Consultant
  
•  Is well versed in SDLC i.e. delivered end-to-end software project at least twice
  
•  Has a basic understanding of front-end languages and databases e.g. Oracle, DB2
  
•  Possess hands-on SQL knowledge, with prior experience in system configuration and testing,
  building and reviewing business documents.
  
•  Demonstrate commercial acumen, professional and mature disposition to handle stakeholders
  and lead the team to successful project delivery.
