Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Storytelling & Content Creation
● Be the face of brand, creating TikTok/Reels content daily that connects, entertains, and builds community.
● Transform product launches, behind-the-scenes footage, customer reactions, and company challenges into captivating stories that make our audience feel like they’re part of the brand journey.
● Don’t just create—test. Experiment with different angles, hooks, and formats to continuously refine what works best.
● Stay ahead of trends, but also create them—injecting originality into your content instead of just copying what’s already out there.
● Develop compelling hooks and captions that immediately grab attention and drive engagement.
- Collaboration & Planning
● Work closely with our graphic designer to ensure that social media content is visually cohesive and on-brand.
● Manage the social media content calendar, ensuring a consistent posting schedule while keeping room for reactive, trend-based content.
● Contribute ideas for larger campaigns, collaborations, and viral marketing stunts to push brand's social presence further.
3.Analytics & Continuous Improvement
● Track and analyse content performance—not just views, but real engagement—to understand what resonates and improve future content.
● Bring a test-and-learn mindset to everything you create—iterating, optimising, and scaling winning content formats.
● Be proactive. If something’s not working, don’t wait—figure out what needs to change and take action.
4.Additional Duties:
● Support TikTok live sessions and live selling events.
● Assist with other ad-hoc content projects as needed.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
● A natural storyteller—you know how to turn ordinary moments into engaging, viral-worthy content.
● Fluent in TikTok and Instagram trends, understanding what makes content go viral.
● Strong video editing skills, proficient in CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
● Confident on camera—you don’t just record, you perform and connect with the audience.
● Creative thinker with an experimental mindset—you constantly test and refine different hooks, angles, and formats.
● Strong written communication skills—you know how to craft captions that enhance your videos.
● Fluent in English, with proficiency in Malay. Chinese is a plus.
● Self-driven and resourceful—you don’t wait to be told what to do, you find ways to make an impact.
● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, but Not Required):
● Experience with graphic design tools to create static posts.
● Ability to handle professional camera gear and lighting (though most content will be shot on iPhone).
● Prior experience in UGC content creation, social media growth hacking, or e-commerce.
