Job Description
- Produce engaging short-form videos that grow our brand presence, attract new followers, and connect with our target audience
- Plan, create, and publish engaging TikTok content (video, captions, hashtags).
- Identify trends, challenges, and viral opportunities to boost visibility.
- Work closely with the team to align online strategies with company goals.
- Stay updated on TikTok trends, music, and viral challenges to integrate into content.
- Write captions, choose hashtags, and optimize posts for maximum reach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns and product launches.
- Showcase products/services naturally and creatively within content.
- Monitor video performance and suggest improvements for higher engagement.
- Engage with followers through comments, duets, and live streaming (if required)
Job Requirements
- Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Candidates must possess at least SPM
- Proven experience creating TikTok content (personal or brand account).
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, TikTok native editor, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Creative, fun, and confident on camera.
- Ability to work independently and brainstorm fresh content ideas.
- Knowledge of TikTok trends, algorithm, and audience engagement strategies.
- Bonus: Experience with TikTok Shop / product-focused content.
