<li>Coordinate with external auditors and accreditation bodies during institutional reviews and inspections.</li>
<li>Monitor risk management practices and recommend mitigation strategies for operational and academic risks.</li>
<li>Ensure timely documentation and reporting of non-compliance issues and follow-up actions.</li>
<li>Support the development of internal control systems and continuous improvement initiatives.</li>
<li>Maintain records of audit activities, findings, and resolutions in a secure and organized manner.</li>
<li>Collaborate with department heads to implement corrective actions and track progress.</li>
<li>Conduct training sessions for staff on compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness.</li>
<li>Review and update monitoring tools and templates to align with evolving regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing documentation for MQA, MOHE, and other accreditation agencies.</li>
<li>Participate in institutional strategic planning and contribute to policy development.</li>
<li>Ensure confidentiality and integrity of audit data and sensitive information.</li>
<li>Provide periodic updates to the Board and Management on audit outcomes and compliance status.</li>
