Job Description

    We are looking for People & Culture Executive who:

    • Are great active listeners and expert problem solvers to help find the right solutions for our clients
    • Are passionate about creating innovative, efficient HR operations and enhancing the overall employee experience.

    What you will do:

    • Support recruitment efforts by coordinating job postings, candidate screenings, and interviews.
    • Assist in organizing and facilitating employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
    • Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries related to HR policies and benefit
    • Manage and maintain employee records, HR systems, and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
    • Oversee and process employment confirmations and probationary period extensions for employees, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all related procedures.
    • Monitor Learning & Development (L&D) programs and HRD management to proactively identify & manage team training needs.
    • Responsible for managing the onboarding of new hires and the offboarding of departing employees.
    • Provide support for mid-year and annual performance reviews.
    • Develop and implement employer branding content to strengthen the company's reputation.
    • Create and refine policies and processes to ensure compliance with ISO 20 standards.
    • Stay updated on HR trends, employment laws, and best practices to improve people processes

Job Requirements

    You meet all or most of these requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
    • 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Administration or similar roles
    • Proficiency in HR tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR software is advantage.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
