• Assist in developing project plans and tracking timelines.
• Monitor progress, highlight risks or delays, and support mitigation efforts.

• Act as the bridge between the internal team and external clients.
• Share regular updates on milestones, blockers, and deliverables.
• Ensure expectations are understood and addressed early.
• Support identification and resolution of project risks or challenges.
• Escalate critical issues when needed and propose practical solutions.
• Track project KPIs and timelines using appropriate tools.
• Support documentation, process improvement, and quality assurance efforts.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in IT project coordination/ management, software delivery, or tech operations.
• Experience working in a team-based project environment.
• Exposure to project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Trello, Asana, ClickUp).
• Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) or IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum concepts is a plus.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential.
• Good time management and multitasking abilities.
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn on the job.
• Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
