• Product: Renewable Energy and Technical
• Engage with warm leads from the marketing team and guide potential customers through the sales process.
• Build trust with homeowners by focusing on the service and long-term benefits of our product.
• Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and present tailored solutions.
• Provide detailed consultations to help customers understand how solar fits into their energy and financial goals.
• Work closely with the installation and project teams to ensure seamless execution of customer projects.
• Man project sites occasionally to oversee progress and provide customers with updates.

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in outbound direct sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (open for all industries).
• Strong in consultative selling with ability to educate and guide customers.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel to customer homes and project sites as needed.
• A self-driven mindset with the ability to manage leads and referrals effectively.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is a plus
