<p>We are looking for a Sales Manager with proven sales experience and strong leadership qualities to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will bring confidence, a solid track record in sales, and the ability to lead and mentor a sales team while building long-term relationships with clients across the logistics industries.&nbsp;</p>

<li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the freight forwarding industry (air, sea, and land freight).</li>
<li>Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.</li>
<li>Maintain and grow existing client accounts through relationship management and solution-based selling.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.</li>
<li>Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals and presentations tailored to customer needs.</li>
<li>Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth or differentiation.</li>
<li>Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.</li>
<li>Mentor and support junior sales team members where necessary.</li>
