<li>Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements, including group reporting and inter-company reconciliation.</li>
<li>Ensure all consolidation activities are in line with accounting standards and company policies.</li>
<li>Coordinate with different departments and subsidiaries for accurate and timely financial data submission.</li>
<li>Maintain and prepare full sets of accounts, including journal entries, general ledger, trial balance, balance sheet, and profit &amp; loss statements.</li>
<li>Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures.</li>
<li>Review and ensure accuracy of all financial transactions and reports.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.</li>
<li>Oversee and manage project-related cost tracking, ensuring accurate allocation and reporting.</li>
<li>Work closely with project managers to monitor budgets, expenditures, and project profitability.</li>
<li>Prepare cost reports and analysis for ongoing projects, identifying discrepancies and recommending corrective actions.</li>
<li>Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for project-related costs.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of tax filings, audits, and other regulatory reports.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and regulatory requirements.</li>
<li>Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial information and documentation.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve financial reporting accuracy.</li>
<li>Performs any ad hoc and other duties relating to the above as may be assigned by management from time to time.&nbsp;</li>
