Job Description
- To be involved in all aspects of software project implementation.
- This includes but not limited to Requirements Study, Documentation, Training and User Acceptance Tests.
- Provide first level support to customers.
- Liaise with internal Research & Development Team on customer feedback and enhancements.
- Build positive relationships through professional post-sales support and customer servicing.
Job Requirements
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Good communication skills and able to speak and write in English fairly well.
- Have a positive mindset and willing to learn.
- Customer oriented, independent, confident and highly motivated.
- Resourceful, initiative and able to work independently as well as a team when needed.
- Experience in conducting training or public speaking will be advantageous.
