Job Description

• Respond prospective clients and clients to technical questions about the product or related infrastructure
• Proactively engages in the sales cycle through answering RFI’s, RFPs
• Deploy and conduct product demonstrations, PoCs to suspects and prospective customers, both standard and tailored.
• Maintain technical competence by keeping abreast of new products enhancements, product best practices and procedures.
• Able to talk with different audiences, appropriately adjust technical content to meet different audience knowledge and interest and can juggle meetings with multiple audience levels.
• Promote the solution, create, and deliver initial high level technical presentations to our customers at all levels within their organisation

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree level in IT or Engineering
• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in pre-sales
• Payment industry or programming background is an advantage.
• Good understanding of JAVA, Oracle database architecture and technology; knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle DBA activities is a plus
• Good understanding of hardware and UNIX/ LINUX virtual machines are a plus.
