Job Summary:

• The Technical Trainer will be responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating technical training programs related to our [specific vehicle brands/technologies, e.g., passenger cars, commercial vehicles, electric vehicles, hybrid systems]. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive systems, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain technical training materials, including presentations, manuals, hands-on exercises, and online resources.
• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of methods, such as classroom instruction, hands-on workshops, and online learning platforms.
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance tracking.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and advancements, and incorporate them into training materials.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training content.
• Manage training logistics, including scheduling, venue booking, and material preparation.
• Maintain training records and track participant progress.
• Provide technical support and guidance to trainees.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs and methodologies.
• Travel to different training locations as needed.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Automotive Management, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience of over 3 years in technical training within automotive industry.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
