Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Arrangement for Warehouse day-to-day operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
• Ensuring the warehouse is well-organized, clean, and safety.
• Maintaining accurate of inventory record
• To ensure and upkeep all the necessary document
• Providing regular reports and updates to Superior if any issues or concerns
• To plan and improve on the store management system., inventory management
• To deal with Account Department on Inventory audit
• To perform cycle count and monthly inventory for all materials
• Supervising and coordinating the work of warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
• Train Storekeeper on store control skill and management knowledge
• Maintain 6S, FIFO and to ensure all material in Warehouse non variance to stock and document
• Any other task requested by Superior from time to time

Job Requirements

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Degree in Warehouse or Logistics role
• Minimum 2 years of Supervisory or Leadership role, preferably in the manufacturing of Electronic and Electrical Industry
• Computer literate
• Language: Bahasa Malaysia, English, ability to communicate in Mandarin is essential
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP systems
• Proficient in inventory management, shipping and receiving operations.
• Full time position
• Willing to work in Sungai Petani, Kedah.
