What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Interior Designer, you’ll play a strategic and creative role in delivering outstanding interior design solutions for our clients. You’ll lead design development, mentor junior team members, and work closely with clients, project managers, and installers to turn concepts into reality.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design conceptualization for residential and commercial interior projects
- Translate client needs into detailed space planning, material selections, and creative proposals
- Prepare and present design visuals (3D renderings, mood boards, technical drawings)
- Coordinate with in-house carpentry, wall panel, and ceiling teams for project execution
- Conduct site visits, take measurements, and supervise design implementation
- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Mentor and guide junior designers and interns
- Stay up-to-date on design trends, eco-materials, and green certifications

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a passionate designer with a strong portfolio and proven leadership in interior design. A good sense of material application (especially wall panels and custom carpentry) is a strong advantage.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 3–6 years of working experience in interior design (especially residential or show units)
- Strong creative and technical design ability — 3D SketchUp, AutoCAD, Kujiale, or similar
- Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin is an added advantage
- Able to handle multiple projects independently and with confidence
- Passionate about sustainable/eco design and material innovation
- Possess own transport and willing to travel for site visits and client meetings
