We are seeking a Creative Spatial & Interior Designer capable of converting brand concepts into compelling physical spaces.

This position involves designing event and exhibition spaces, activation areas, commercial interiors, and overseeing construction processes — from initial concept to final implementation.

Your work will go beyond creating attractive visuals.
You will design spaces that are feasible for construction.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Concept & Creative Development

• Create innovative spatial concepts for events, exhibitions, roadshows, and retail spaces
• Convert brand goals into engaging and immersive design experiences
• Develop mood boards, concept presentations, and 3D visual displays
• Engage in client pitches and creative brainstorming sessions
   

2️⃣ Technical & Build Design

• Generate precise 3D renderings and technical schematics
• Prepare fabrication documents for the production team
• Perform site measurements and plan space layouts
• Ensure designs are feasible within budget constraints and structural guidelines
   

3️⃣ Project Coordination

• Collaborate closely with project, production, and marketing teams
• Coordinate with suppliers and fabricators for project needs
• Participate in site inspections and oversee installation as necessary
• Maintain design quality throughout the construction process
   

4️⃣ Innovation & Improvement

• Investigate materials, structures, and current design trends
• Propose budget-friendly design ideas that do not sacrifice creativity
• Enhance workflow and streamline design processes
