• 促进客户关系与跟进： 通过冷拨电话与潜在客户沟通，了解他们的需求，并进行后续跟进，推动业务发展并建立客户关系。
• 向客户推广公司活动： 向所有潜在客户推广和分享公司的服务，通过电话及其他渠道提升客户对公司产品和服务的认知度。
• 与市场部门合作策划活动方案： 策划并定制合适的活动方案，吸引更多人参与公司活动，增强品牌影响力及活动参与度。
• 文案撰写与发布： 撰写简单文案，包括宣传材料、活动文案等，并安排在主要平台（如FB、IG、小红书等）进行发布和传播，吸引目标客户的关注。

We are currently seeking an individual who is passionate about gain Business knowledge to join our dynamic and ever-growing team.  

Concerned about lack of experience? Don't worry! We will provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.

Here are the responsibilities:

• Facilitating customer relations and follow-ups: Communicating with potential customers via cold calls, understanding their needs, and following up to promote business development and establish customer relations.
• Promoting company events to customers: Promoting and sharing company services to all potential customers, increasing customer awareness of company products and services through telephone and other channels.
• Collaborating with the marketing department to plan event schemes: Planning and customizing suitable schemes to attract more people to participate in company events, enhancing brand influence and event participation.
• Copywriting and publishing: Writing simple copies, including promotional materials, event copies, etc., arranging for publication and dissemination on major platforms (FB, IG, XHS, etc.), attracting the attention of target customers.

• 目前至少在修读商业、创业或相关领域的文凭/学士学位课程。
• 对商业知识充满热情，并渴望从商业角度与客户互动。
• 擅长与不同群体进行沟通和互动。
• 熟悉社交媒体平台，能够灵活运用它们来增强视频内容的传播效果。
• 能够作为团队合作者，积极主动且高度负责。
• 具备独立工作的能力，并注重细节。
• 拥有良好的人际交往和沟通能力。

How to become the most suitable candidate?

• Currently study at least a Diploma/Degree in Business, Enterpreneurship, or related fields.
• Passionate about business knowledge and engaging client from a business perspective.
• Good at communicating and interacting with different groups of people.
• Familiar with social media platforms, able to flexibly utilize them to enhance the dissemination effect of video content.
• Able to work as a team collaborator, proactive, and highly responsible.
• Capable of working independently and paying attention to details.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
