How To Survive Hunters

What You'll Do:
Accounts Payable &amp; Accounts Receivable
<ul>
<li>Process vendor invoices, staff claims, and payments in a timely manner</li>
<li>Prepare customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments</li>
<li>Reconcile AP/AR balances and ensure accuracy of transactions</li>
<li>Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records</li>
</ul>
General Accounting
<ul>
<li>Assist in daily bookkeeping and journal entry postings</li>
<li>Perform bank, balance sheet, and intercompany reconciliations</li>
<li>Support month-end and year-end closing activities</li>
<li>Assist in preparing financial reports and schedules</li>
</ul>
Financial Compliance &amp; Control
<ul>
<li>Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies</li>
<li>Assist with audits by providing accurate and timely documentation Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in all financial matters</li>
</ul>
Administrative &amp; Ad-Hoc Tasks
<ul>
<li>Support the finance team on system updates, data entry, and reporting</li>
<li>Assist in improving processes and internal controls</li>
<li>Perform other duties as required by the Finance Manager</li>
</ul>
