We’re looking for a Product Sales Specialist who can turn passion into persuasion — someone who thrives on building trust, closing deals, and seeing their clients jump with joy (literally into their new pool!).

The Product Sales Executive – Swimming Pools is a key member of the sales team responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and promoting our premium swimming pool products to B2C clients. This role requires an energetic, customer-focused individual who is comfortable with both in-person and remote sales activities, and has a strong understanding of the swimming pool industry, home improvement, or luxury products.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle qualified leads assigned to you by Marketing Department
• Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients through calls; whatsapp and face to face site visits
• Understand customer needs and propose solution
• Manage full sales cycle from inquiry to sales conversion
• Follow up consistently to convert opportunities into deals

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Experience:
• Proven track record of 3 years in B2C sales, preferably within the home improvement
• Experience selling high-ticket products or services is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
• Skills:
• Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
• Strong presentation skills, both in-person and via virtual platforms.
• Education:
• A high school diploma is required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
• Attributes:
• Highly motivated and goal-driven with a proven ability to manage sales funnel/pipeline
• Willing to travel extensively
