We’re looking for a Product Sales Specialist who can turn passion into persuasion — someone who thrives on building trust, closing deals, and seeing their clients jump with joy (literally into their new pool!).

The Product Sales Executive – Swimming Pools is a key member of the sales team responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and promoting our premium swimming pool products to B2C clients. This role requires an energetic, customer-focused individual who is comfortable with both in-person and remote sales activities, and has a strong understanding of the swimming pool industry, home improvement, or luxury products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Development & Execution:
    • Actively pursue new leads and prospects assigned by Marketing department
    • Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate swimming pool products and services.
    • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
    • Present detailed product specifications, pricing, and financing options to customers,tailoring your pitch to meet their needs and preferences.
    • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to foster trust and loyalty.
    • Provide expert advice and guidance on product features, benefits, installation processes, and maintenance.
    • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and handle post-sales follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the swimming pool market.
    • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to help shape future sales strategies and product offerings.
       
  • Product Knowledge & Demonstrations:
    • Develop deep knowledge of our swimming pool products, including their
      features, benefits, and customization options.
    • Conduct on-site demonstrations and virtual presentations to showcase product value and answer customer questions.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM
    • Prepare and submit regular forecasts, and performance metrics.


Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • Proven track record of 3 years in B2C sales, preferably within the home improvement,
      luxury goods, or pool industry.
    • Experience selling high-ticket products or services is a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
  • Skills:
    • Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
    • Strong presentation skills, both in-person and via virtual platforms.
    • Customer-oriented with a passion for providing exceptional service.
  • Education:
    • A high school diploma is required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
  • Attributes:
    • Highly motivated and goal-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • A self-starter with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
    • Knowledge or passion for the swimming pool industry is a significant advantage.
