We’re looking for a Product Sales Specialist who can turn passion into persuasion — someone who thrives on building trust, closing deals, and seeing their clients jump with joy (literally into their new pool!). The Product Sales Executive – Swimming Pools is a key member of the sales team responsible for driving sales, building relationships, and promoting our premium swimming pool products to B2C clients. This role requires an energetic, customer-focused individual who is comfortable with both in-person and remote sales activities, and has a strong understanding of the swimming pool industry, home improvement, or luxury products. If you are passionate about helping customers enhance their homes and lifestyles, this is the ideal opportunity for you!
 Key Responsibilities

<li>Sales Development &amp; Execution:</li>
<ul>
<li>Actively pursue new leads and prospects assigned by Marketing department</li>
<li>Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate swimming pool products and services.</li>
<li>Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.</li>
<li>Present detailed product specifications, pricing, and financing options to customers,tailoring your pitch to meet their needs and preferences.</li>
<li>Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.</li>
</ul>
<li>Customer Relationship Management:</li>
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers to foster trust and loyalty.</li>
<li>Provide expert advice and guidance on product features, benefits, installation processes, and maintenance.</li>
<li>Respond to customer inquiries, resolve concerns, and handle post-sales follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention.</li>
</ul>
<li>Market Research &amp; Competitor Analysis:</li>
<ul>
<li>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the swimming pool market.</li>
<li>Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to help shape future sales strategies and product offerings. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<li>Product Knowledge &amp; Demonstrations:</li>
<ul>
<li>Develop deep knowledge of our swimming pool products, including their features, benefits, and customization options.</li>
<li>Conduct on-site demonstrations and virtual presentations to showcase product value and answer customer questions.</li>
</ul>
<li>Reporting &amp; Documentation:</li>
<ul>
<li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM</li>
<li>Prepare and submit regular forecasts, and performance metrics.</li>
</ul>
</ul>
