<h2>About the Role</h2>
We’re looking for a hands-on Livestream Manager who lives and breathes e-commerce and on-camera sales. This role blends strategic campaign planning with operational execution — managing live hosts, optimizing setups, negotiating sales campaigns, and driving GMV growth across HYGR’s TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and Singapore expansion.
You’ll lead the full livestream ecosystem — from finding hosts and KOLs to improving lighting, sound, and scripting — with the single goal of maximizing daily sales and brand engagement.
<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<h3>🎥 Livestream Strategy &amp; Sales Growth</h3>
<ul>
<li>Plan and execute daily/weekly livestream schedules for TikTok, Shopee, and cross-border (SG). </li>
<li>Set clear GMV and conversion goals per session and track performance analytics. </li>
<li>Analyze live metrics (viewership, engagement, CTR, conversion rate, average watch time) to refine strategies. </li>
<li>Work closely with Marketing and Performance teams to align live campaigns with major sales events (Pay Day, 11.11, 12.12, etc.). </li>
<li>Test new formats (interactive giveaways, bundle drops, challenge streams) to increase conversion. </li>
</ul>
<h3>👩‍🎤 Talent Management (Hosts &amp; KOLs)</h3>
<ul>
<li>Recruit, train, and manage in-house live hosts and KOL collaborators for livestreams. </li>
<li>Prepare hosts with product knowledge, selling scripts, and audience engagement tactics. </li>
<li>Develop performance scorecards for live hosts (conversion %, sales/hour, viewer retention). </li>
<li>Negotiate KOL deals and affiliate commissions for live-selling campaigns. </li>
<li>Build and maintain a roster of recurring hosts/KOLs for different product categories (deodorant, sunscreen, lip balm, etc.). </li>
</ul>
<h3>⚙️ Setup &amp; Technical Execution</h3>
<ul>
<li>Oversee studio setup improvements (lighting, camera, sound, staging) to ensure high-quality visuals and sound clarity. </li>
<li>Coordinate with videographers or editors to optimize angles, transitions, and product demos. </li>
<li>Ensure all live sessions are tagged correctly, use the right scripts, and follow platform guidelines. </li>
<li>Manage inventory and product placement accuracy for livestream back-end (TikTok Seller Center, Shopee Live CMS). </li>
</ul>
<h3>📦 Campaigns &amp; Platform Partnerships</h3>
<ul>
<li>Liaise with TikTok and Shopee account managers for campaign inclusion and paid traffic boosts. </li>
<li>Negotiate participation in Mega Campaigns, Pay Day Sales, and platform vouchers. </li>
<li>Propose and plan exclusive HYGR x Platform live events or SG regional collaborations. </li>
<li>Monitor competitor livestreams and identify market trends / winning formats. </li>
</ul>
<h3>🤝 Cross-Department Collaboration</h3>
<ul>
<li>Align with Marketing on creative direction, copywriting, and promotional assets. </li>
<li>Work with Ops and Warehouse teams to ensure sufficient live-stock and on-time restock. </li>
<li>Collaborate with Finance for host incentives, affiliate payouts, and campaign cost tracking. </li>

<h2>Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>3+ years experience in e-commerce, live-commerce, or digital marketing (TikTok/Shopee focus preferred). </li>
<li>Proven track record in driving livestream GMV growth. </li>
<li>Comfortable being on set and managing real-time broadcasts. </li>
<li>Fluent in English &amp; Malay; Mandarin is a plus (for SG and Chinese-speaking KOLs). </li>
<li>Willing to travel regionally for campaign collaborations or training. </li>
