About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Livestream Manager who lives and breathes e-commerce and on-camera sales.
This role blends strategic campaign planning with operational execution — managing live hosts, optimizing setups, negotiating sales campaigns, and driving GMV growth across HYGR’s TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, and Singapore expansion.
You’ll lead the full livestream ecosystem — from finding hosts and KOLs to improving lighting, sound, and scripting — with the single goal of maximizing daily sales and brand engagement.
Key Responsibilities
🎥 Livestream Strategy & Sales Growth
- Plan and execute daily/weekly livestream schedules for TikTok, Shopee, and cross-border (SG).
- Set clear GMV and conversion goals per session and track performance analytics.
- Analyze live metrics (viewership, engagement, CTR, conversion rate, average watch time) to refine strategies.
- Work closely with Marketing and Performance teams to align live campaigns with major sales events (Pay Day, 11.11, 12.12, etc.).
- Test new formats (interactive giveaways, bundle drops, challenge streams) to increase conversion.
👩🎤 Talent Management (Hosts & KOLs)
- Recruit, train, and manage in-house live hosts and KOL collaborators for livestreams.
- Prepare hosts with product knowledge, selling scripts, and audience engagement tactics.
- Develop performance scorecards for live hosts (conversion %, sales/hour, viewer retention).
- Negotiate KOL deals and affiliate commissions for live-selling campaigns.
- Build and maintain a roster of recurring hosts/KOLs for different product categories (deodorant, sunscreen, lip balm, etc.).
⚙️ Setup & Technical Execution
- Oversee studio setup improvements (lighting, camera, sound, staging) to ensure high-quality visuals and sound clarity.
- Coordinate with videographers or editors to optimize angles, transitions, and product demos.
- Ensure all live sessions are tagged correctly, use the right scripts, and follow platform guidelines.
- Manage inventory and product placement accuracy for livestream back-end (TikTok Seller Center, Shopee Live CMS).
📦 Campaigns & Platform Partnerships
- Liaise with TikTok and Shopee account managers for campaign inclusion and paid traffic boosts.
- Negotiate participation in Mega Campaigns, Pay Day Sales, and platform vouchers.
- Propose and plan exclusive HYGR x Platform live events or SG regional collaborations.
- Monitor competitor livestreams and identify market trends / winning formats.
🤝 Cross-Department Collaboration
- Align with Marketing on creative direction, copywriting, and promotional assets.
- Work with Ops and Warehouse teams to ensure sufficient live-stock and on-time restock.
- Collaborate with Finance for host incentives, affiliate payouts, and campaign cost tracking.

- Fluent in English & Malay; Mandarin is a plus (for SG and Chinese-speaking KOLs).
- Willing to travel regionally for campaign collaborations or training.
