<p><strong>Operational Responsibilities :</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>To ensure car park opened according to stipulated operational hour.</li>
<li>To maintain cleanliness of signage, parking office and vicinity of the car park and monitor parking equipment is properly services.</li>
<li>To ensure the stock level of the essential items is available all the time.</li>
<li>To carry out irregular spot-checks from time to time, on the assigned working post, to ensure the staff/supervisor available.</li>
<li>To carry out the weekly meeting with the team.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Accounting Responsibilities :</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>To ensure daily collection is correctly collected from the Auto Pay Machine, keep in the Safe Box in the Counting Room.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Human Resource Responsibilities :</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>To schedule duty roster for all staff in the car park, manage their attendance &amp; assist to control overtime claim.</li>
<li>To ensure all staff properly trained with adequate knowledge to carry out their duties.</li>
<li>To maintain discipline and politeness of staff which include proper attire, grooming and pleasant personality.</li>
<li>To evaluate staff performance in according to ISO requirement.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Customer Service Responsibilities :</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>To ensure all compliant are properly handled and reported to proper channel.</li>
<li>To rectify complaint immediately or noted for further advice and guidance from immediate superior.</li>
<li>To maintain good rapport and relationship with customers and tenants.</li>
<li>To perform any works order given by the Car Park Manager.</li>
</ul>
