Job Description

Operational Responsibilities :

  • To ensure car park opened according to stipulated operational hour.
  • To maintain cleanliness of signage, parking office and vicinity of the car park and monitor parking equipment is properly services.
  • To ensure the stock level of the essential items is available all the time.
  • To carry out irregular spot-checks from time to time, on the assigned working post, to ensure the staff/supervisor available.
  • To carry out the weekly meeting with the team.

Accounting Responsibilities :

  • To ensure daily collection is correctly collected from the Auto Pay Machine, keep in the Safe Box in the Counting Room.

Human Resource Responsibilities :

  • To schedule duty roster for all staff in the car park, manage their attendance & assist to control overtime claim.
  • To ensure all staff properly trained with adequate knowledge to carry out their duties.
  • To maintain discipline and politeness of staff which include proper attire, grooming and pleasant personality.
  • To evaluate staff performance in according to ISO requirement.

Customer Service Responsibilities :

  • To ensure all compliant are properly handled and reported to proper channel.
  • To rectify complaint immediately or noted for further advice and guidance from immediate superior.
  • To maintain good rapport and relationship with customers and tenants.
  • To perform any works order given by the Car Park Manager.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum qualification of Certificate/ Diploma in any related fields.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in i-City
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in car park operations would be an added advantage.
  • Willing to work 6 days a week including on weekends, public holiday and overtime
  • Willingness to work on shift rotation (8am-5pm , 3pm-12am, 12am-9am)
  • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Positive working attitude, hardworking and responsible
