<li>&nbsp;To develop and implement strategic plans for leasing of Corporate Office and Coworking Space.</li>
<li>To develop and implement strategic sales plans for sales of retail units</li>
<li>To negotiate, review and check Sales &amp; Purchase Agreements, Tenancy Agreement documents, Leasing management reports and documents with regards to lease transactions/ sales &amp; purchase.</li>
<li>To monitor collection reports and follow up on long outstanding debts with tenants.</li>
<li>Preparing budgets and ensuring adherence.</li>
<li>To plan and develop Events/ Activities at i-City from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives.</li>
<li>To source and coordinate with agents for viewing of properties for rent and for sale.</li>
<li>Tenant management – Tenant retention program which includes managing feedback.</li>
<li>To conduct on-going research to keep abreast with market rental rates for both commercial / retail development</li>
<li>Perform tenant onboarding process</li>
<li>Monitor performance and development of team member</li>
