Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain scalable web applications using WordPress, PHP, and backend frameworks like Laravel.
Customize and optimize WordPress themes, plugins, and APIs for enhanced functionality and performance.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services (CRM, ERP, payment gateways), and cloud-based solutions.
Ensure responsive, high-performance UI/UX with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, Angular, and Tailwind CSS.
Optimize database performance using MySQL and caching strategies.
Monitor and optimize application performance, availability, and scalability across cloud infrastructure (AWS, DO, Google Cloud).
Implement CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and security best practices for efficient and secure development.
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance both front-end and back-end functionalities for seamless performance.
Lead and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, WordPress advancements, and industry best practices.

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in full-stack development with expertise in WordPress and modern technologies.
Proficiency in PHP, WordPress architecture, and backend frameworks like Laravel or Node.js.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
Experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs, third-party services (CRM, ERP, payment gateways).
Strong understanding of MySQL, database optimization, and caching techniques.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, DO) and deployment strategies.
Proven ability to enhance website speed, security, and scalability.
Proficiency in Git, GitHub/GitLab, and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for both frontend and backend issues.
