Halal administration, training &amp; implementation

<li>Responsible in setting up for HALAL SOP and HALAL manual and review from time to time.</li>
<li>To Lead in HALAL internal and external audit. To ensure all products are obtained HALAL certification and ensure certificate is within the validity period from raw material suppliers.</li>
<li>To reply the non-conformance and ensure the recertification been done and prepare document and, or reports of HALAL committee meeting.</li>
<li>To responsible of all matter to HALAL file and ensure, monitor HALAL document are in order and well organized.</li>
<li>To update relevant quality SOP, HALAL documents into HALAL system, Quality Compliance (QC).</li>
<li>To conduct self-inspection and ensure operation are compliance within HALAL SOP, relevant regulatory and update relevant quality SOPs.</li>
<li>Conduct Halal training for outlets level.</li>
<li>To be the key person in Halal Committee to highlight, solve and continuous follow-up regarding Halal issue from Supplier, outlets and any related areas.</li>
<li>To submit application for Halal Certificates and liaise with the related authorities to ensure everything goes well and within timeline given.</li>

Training &amp; Admin
<ol>
<li>To assist Excellence Manager in operation &amp; training related matters.</li>
<li>To provide analysis &amp; report as requested by Excellence Manager.</li>
<li>To give assistance in outlets’ operation, events, activities etc, as instructed by Excellence Manager.</li>
<li>To assist Learning &amp; Development departments in SOP creation or improvising to ensure the SOP align with Halal standard.</li>
<li>To assist Research &amp; Development in new products developments or existing products improvision, related to Halal.</li>
</ol>

This job is a Halal &amp; Excellence Executive. Responsibilities include setting up Halal SOP, leading audits, maintaining Halal documents, conducting training, and assisting with operations &amp; training.
