As part of our growing company, we are seeking for a dedicated, hardworking, and passionate about providing solutions to customers to join us to take care specifically on our Hong Kong &amp; China market.&nbsp;

<ins>Responsibilities:</ins>

Sales Role:
<ul>
<li>Seek for new prospects (outbound) with various resources at your own knowledge</li>
<li>Prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities within the assigned territory</li>
<li>Provide Presentation and conduct product sales demo</li>
<li>Work as a team to achieve individual and group sales target</li>
</ul>
Support Role: 
<ul>
<li>Deliver virtual or onsite product training sessions to customers</li>
<li>Consult with customers on best practices for their organization’s usage of the product</li>
<li>Responsible for performing customer needs and solution finding sessions</li>
<li>Identify needs for additional features and training that enhance customer success and retention</li>
<li>Speak with power users in the organization and identify opportunities for expansion of account usage</li>
<li>Familiarity with SaaS product and ability to employ strategies in online environments</li>
<li>Perform additional duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
